Happy is the world’s first mental wellness all-in-one platform. Through text messaging and a web-based chat interface, users are able to talk with an AI-driven avatar named Ava who helps them explore and find solutions for any mental health challenges they are facing, including stress management, anxiety, and depression. Ava guides them through core mental health concepts, coping techniques, and activities. Also, Ava facilitates connection with a support group made up of friends, family members, and/or colleagues who receive key alerts when the person is most in need. Additionally, Ava can make referrals to mental wellness and life coaches for live, 1:1 discussions, as well as to licensed behavioral health providers when that level of care is necessary.

No, there is no app, no email sign-up, no login required. It all starts by sending a text message with a unique keyword and then Ava, your virtual mental wellness coach, takes over from there through text messaging.
